Finnegan’s Apothecary provides holistic health coaching, energy healing sessions, and both virtual and in-person space and home clearings, along with educational content and resources. We may also offer digital products, apothecary goods, or other items in the future.

4. Booking, scheduling, and services
a) Booking and delivery
Services are offered virtually and/or in person, as described on the website at the time of booking. Session length, format, and any limitations will be detailed on the booking page.
b) Your responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to arrive on time (or be ready on time for virtual sessions). You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions.
c) Late arrivals and no-shows
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show unless we agree otherwise in writing.
d) In-person service area
In-person space and home clearings are available in the Greater Boston area. If you are outside this area, additional travel or mileage fees may apply. Contact us before booking to confirm availability and any extra costs.
5. Payments, pricing, and taxes
Prices are listed on the website and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already paid for.
You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you select for your services. If a payment fails, we may cancel or pause the booking until payment is completed successfully.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined on the website booking policy and/or your booking confirmation. These policies are part of these Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the booking policy before purchasing a session or package.
7. Digital content and materials
We may provide handouts, worksheets, guides, or other digital resources related to your services, and may offer standalone digital content for purchase later.
Unless stated otherwise, digital materials are for your personal use only and cannot be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed.

15. EU/UK consumer notice on withdrawal rights (if applicable)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK purchasing services remotely, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases. Exceptions include services tied to a specific date/time (like event or appointment bookings), services fully performed with your agreement, and digital content once performance begins with your consent.
If you want your service on a specific scheduled date/time, you are requesting performance at that time. If the service is fully provided, applicable withdrawal rights may be reduced or no longer available as allowed by law.
